  1. Oh! That one from way up high made my toes curl under! And, like the others, I would vote for more and more photos of this great city!

  2. 70 miles! You walked 70 miles! Love that and agree that experiencing any new place is best on foot, if possible.
So, I’m in big time catch up mode as I realized that I wasn’t receiving notifications of new posts. I’m going to comment here, for all of your NY posts.
I’d not seen a photo of the 911 memorial from high above. Thank you for that perspective.
The statues post was wonderful. I loved the one of the alligator coming up out of the manhole!
I loved your happiness at the Met, and of course, the Dioramas.
AND all the buildings, with so much glass. Thank you for taking us on the wonderful tour of NYC!

    • Thnak you Laurie what a lovely comment! And yes 70 miles…New Yorkers are supposed to be healthest of Americans…does not surprise me, they walk a lot themselves;o).

  3. Another set of stunning NY photos!Allow me to paraphrase Samuel Johnson and say that “When a man is tired of “The Big Apple, he is tired of life”.Many cheers to you & Charley 🙂

  4. Hey there! I’ve been following your blog for a while now and finally got the
courage to go ahead and give you a shout out from Lubbock Tx!
Just wanted to say keep up the good work!

    • Hi there Jane from Lubbock Tx , how incredible nice to leave this kind message! I am happy you found the courage because it is always nice to hear that some one enjoys my blog! Do you have a blog Jane? Love and peace from Johanna from Cincinnati, Oh

    • You are here on the last post of our New York trip, there are 4 before this one and I would recommend all of the things but Brooklyn Bridge, 9/11 memorial and the Met are must sees in my opinion! Have fun, its a great city!!!
